Dr. Scott Strommer

Dr. Scott Strommer is a native San Diegan with deep roots in the community. He has built his incredible reputation on delivering the highest level of dental care to his patients for over 30 years! After completing his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, he attended the UCLA School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Scott stays on the forefront of the latest advancements in dental technology and the best ways to care for his patients’ specialized needs. He is beyond passionate about the power of continuing education and he dedicates his time toward helping other dentists achieve their best, through the prestigious Kois Center. There, Dr. Scott has been a trusted Clinical Instructor since 2015 and a Mentor since 2011. He is also a certified trainer in CEREC technology, the leading solution for same-day crown restorations. Dr. Scott has received extensive training in dental implants and is incredibly skilled in complex dental procedures, allowing him to create beautiful smiles for all of his patients, including those with complicated cases.

It’s true that he has mad skills, but he has an even bigger heart. In 2013, Dr. Scott, along with his wife Dr. Leslie, founded a non-profit organization, Dentistry for Humanity, that inspires dentists to improve access to dental care in their community. When he’s not practicing or teaching dentistry, Dr. Scott can be found riding his motorcycle around town or chillin’ in the backyard eating chips and salsa.
