Dr. Tracy Evans

Meet Dr. Tracy Evans, a seasoned dentist with a passion for providing exceptional care to her patients! Born in Chicago, Dr. Evans grew up a Cubs fan but quickly adapted to the warm weather of Palm Harbor, Florida. Her educational journey took her to the University of Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and her graduate degree in Physiology, proudly becoming part of Gator Nation! As a recipient of the Health Professions Scholarship Program with the United States Navy, she attended dental school at the University of Southern California. Her passion for dentistry led her to spend a year working with recruits at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, followed by an overseas assignment in Iwakuni, Japan, where she provided dental care to Marines and traveled extensively throughout East Asia.

While her travels took her to many countries, she is extremely proud to call San Diego her home. Dr. Evans’ clinical expertise and advanced education have prepared her to provide care to patients with a wide range of dental needs. Whether you need fillings, crowns, or even dental implants, she’s got you covered! However, her clinical skills are only the half of it – her warm and friendly approach can help even the most anxious patients experience a pleasant visit and even begin to have fun at the dentist again. When Dr. Evans isn’t caring for patients, she loves to travel and explore new cultures. She is an avid reader and foodie who enjoys trying new dishes. Dr. Evans and her husband, Dr. Brian Evans, a local oral surgeon, have four amazing children and are proud residents of the Encinitas community.
