At Espire Dental, we are committed to providing patients with options that allow them to receive the best possible treatment.
Dental insurance doesn’t always cover the best treatment option, which is why we offer our patients financing choices in order to make high-quality dental care affordable.
We accept checks and the following major credit cards:
We Accept Most PPO Dental Insurance Plans
As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims and paperwork on your behalf and work with you to maximize your dental insurance benefits. Your insurance company will reimburse you according to the benefits outlined in your plan.
Most insurance policies offer different benefits because of dental plan negotiations between your employer and the insurance company, independent of your individual dental needs or preferences.
Our clinical treatment and recommendations will always be based on what is best for you. Prior to treatment, we will provide you with information, answer any questions regarding your care, and inform you of the cost of treatment.
At Espire Dental, for your convenience, we verify your dental insurance plan to obtain an estimated coverage of your benefits, and we file your dental claims on your behalf. Most dental insurance plans have deductibles, exclusions, limitations, and annual maximum amounts that we consider when determining the estimate that your dental insurance will contribute toward your treatment.
We make every effort to provide you with an updated and accurate benefits estimate before starting your treatment. Any patient out of pocket estimate due is paid at the time of your dental visit and before services are delivered. If your insurance pays slightly more than the estimated portion, an account credit or refund will be issued to you for the difference, and if the estimated insurance coverage is slightly less, we have text-to-pay and online payment options available for your convenience. Your dental benefit reimbursement is ultimately determined by your plan.
As part of our commitment to hospitality, we look forward to serving you, answering your questions, and providing you with the best dental experience, services, and treatment.
Some dental insurance plans we accept may include:
If you do not see your specific insurance plan listed here, we are still happy to serve you! We will help you maximize your benefits by submitting insurance claims and paperwork to any insurance plan, regardless of our contracted status with them. After we file dental claims on your behalf, your insurance company will reimburse you according to the benefits outlined in your plan. Keep in mind, dental insurance typically helps to reduce your out-of-pocket costs for many dental procedures, but not to eliminate them.
Most insurance policies differ in the benefits they provide. They are the result of negotiated fees between your employer and the insurance company or based on the contracted fees of your independent insurance plan. Our treatment recommendations will always be based on what is best for YOU, not only on what is “covered” by an insurance plan. Prior to any treatment, we will provide you with detailed information regarding your care and will make every effort to provide you with an accurate estimate of the associated costs.
As part of our commitment to hospitality, we look forward to serving you, answering your questions, and providing you with the best dental experience, services, and treatment. Payment for services is collected at the time of your visit, before treatment is delivered.
